Why a Second Passport? There may be any amount of reasons a person would want to obtain a second passport. Personal safety is on top of the list for getting a second passport, but also many other reasons. Visa free travel for example is constantly mentioned as a reason to obtain a second passport. Economic Second Passports. There are economic second passport programs. Governments will issue this type of second passport on condition the applicant complies with certain financial and other criteria. Singapore has such a program if you can afford it.

Discretionary Second Passports. The issuing country wishes to have the services of that particular athlete in hopes of improving that country’s medal tally at international competitions, such as the Olympics. It offers the second passport in return for the athletic services, which it of course has the authority to do at its discretion. Discretionary second passport issue therefore, means that any Government can issue a second passport for any reason they wish. There are many second passport programs around the world, issued by many governments for many reasons.

Second Passport Programs. Every country has different conditions for issuing a second passport, and some will suit your travel requirements, your pocket, your security or your time frame better than others will. We will show you the alternatives available and then you make up your mind which second passport you want. Depending on your requirements and selections, a second passport can take from as little as 1 month to obtain.

Fast Track Second Passport. We have access to a limited number of fast-track second passport programs in various Central American and South American countries. You can obtain a life-long second passport within 1 month if you contact us now!. This offer is limited because governments regularly change the rules of these programs. The cost for this type of second passport is from only US$25,000.00. A name change is also possible once the second passport has been issued. A drivers license can also be issued using your original driving license as proof of your driving ability.

This fast track second passport will enable you to travel visa free to the UK and all European Union countries for a period of up to 6 months. This second passport will be acceptable documentation for ID purposes or to create a Tax Free Corporation, or open an Offshore Bank Account anywhere in the world. This is a genuine second passport where you visit the government office that normally issues passports to the citizen of that country, and have your fingerprints and photo taken and submit an application form.

Panama Second Passport. A second passport from Panama will require you to deposit an amount of US$ 360,000.00 or more in a bank of the governments choice for 5 years in order to be granted a second passport for a corresponding amount of time. The second passport expires at the end of the 5 year term if you don't renew the investment. That's because you were granted a contingent, or conditional second passport. Panama also has other second passport programs requiring investment from about US$80,000.00. There will be certain conditions.

Dominican Republic Second Passport. The Dominican Republic will issue you a second passport, but will require you to buy a house and be a resident for 3 years or more before becoming eligible to become a citizen even though you have already been granted a second passport. 

St Kitts & Nevis Second Passport. St Kitts & Nevis will also issue you a second passport under similar conditions to the Dominican Republic, but the required investment will be higher, about US$350,000.00 plus associated legal and other fees. 

DO NOT get a second passport issued by an African country. It will be virtually useless to you unless it is a South African passport. With most African second passports you wouldn’t be able to travel to many places in the world visa-free, nor would you be able to open any usable offshore bank account almost without exception.

DO NOT fall for buying a fake second passport from an internet site. If you don’t visit a government office that issues passports and have your photograph taken by the staff employed there, and if you don’t provide your signature in person and comply with the usual government requirements, the second passport you are likely to get is a fake one.

DO NOT enter into a contrived or fake marriage for the purpose of getting citizenship or a second passport.  This is a recipe for disaster. You could end up in an unhappy situation which could include being blackmailed. Don’t do it. Foreign jails are not enjoyable spots to spend any length of time in.
